Steve currently manages the Technology Solutions division for Stratega Group, overseeing all projects to ensure consistency and quality. He possesses a unique blend of technical, functional and project management skills that improve quality while decreasing delivery time.
Steve has more than 15 years of consulting experience and was a founding partner in three consulting firms. He has spent over five years in talent management and HR technology consulting focused on providing solutions for a wide range of industries including government, health care, telecommunications and scientific research. As a partner in Stratega Group, he has helped create HR technology solutions for a diverse roster of clients including Newmont Mining, ACS Safeco, Dun and Bradstreet, Gap, McDonalds and Echostar Communications. Steve enjoys getting outside, especially with family and friends–from snowboarding to golfing to hiking–and likes to spend time working on home improvement projects. |
